Founded in 2019 by Robert Brockman and Chris Hayes, we're on a mission to make world-class Schema Therapy training accessible to mental health professionals worldwide.
A Partnership Built onShared Passion
Robert Brockman and Chris Hayes first met as co-facilitators in 2013. Despite living on opposite sides of Australia, their mutual enthusiasm for Schema Therapy brought them together at events and educational forums.
Recognizing their shared respect for education and ISST accreditations, they joined forces to present in-person training. Their partnership has taken them around the world, presenting workshops and lecturing in 18 countries including The Netherlands, Singapore, the UK, and New Zealand.
While both remain practicing therapists, their drive to progress Schema Therapy has focused their careers on education. They host the popular podcast "What's the Schemata", interviewing pioneers like Jeffrey Young, Arnoud Arntz, and Wendy Behary. Together, they co-authored the 'Cambridge Guide to Schema Therapy', further establishing their expertise and commitment to advancing the field.
